Delivery
We deliver to all of London and the South East of England. If you live outside this area please contact us before placing the order. Please see our delivery area.
Delivery is around 14 days but can be quicker depending upon our stock levels.
We can arrange a specific day and date for delivery but we cannot be more specific about the time of day as deliveries are made by DHL courier. As soon as collection is made we will email with a DHL: airway number which can be used to track the order online at www.dhl.co.uk
The delivery vans are large so there must be suitable access.
AN ABLE BODIED PERSON MUST BE ON SITE TO HELP WITH THE UNLOADING OF THE PRODUCTS.
ANY FAILED DELIVERY WILL INCUR A PENALTY OF £50.
Please Note:
i) Worktops are heavy, awkward items and should be handled carefully.
ii) Store worktops flat and away from intense heat sources i.e. radiators.
iii) Worktops should not be stored in rooms which have new brickwork or blockwork which is still drying out or in a room which has freshly plastered walls.
iv) Although our worktops are tough, they should be checked for damage when they are delivered.

xviii) Damage or Shortage
a) Goods are to be checked on delivery. Where goods are delivered by outside carriers damage or part loss claims cannot be entertained unless the carriers and cnctopdesign is notified on the day of delivery and confirmed in writing within three days from date of delivery.
b) Where goods are delivered by cnctopdesign and a receipt of delivery note signed by the customer is received, the goods will be deemed to have been examined and therefore no claim for damage or loss can be entertained by the cnctopdesign .
c) The Customer may not exclude this provision either by marking his signature 'unexamined' or by failing to return the signed delivery note or otherwise.
cnctopdesign shall not be liable for any claims made in respect of costs incurred in replacing or re- fixing damaged or faulty goods. cnctopdesign 's liability is to replace damaged or faulty Goods or item only in accordance with Manufactures Guarantee.
* Flawed goods if fitted are deemed as accepted. cnctopdesign is not responsible for any loss or cost incurred should it agree to replace the flawed item. The customer is liable for replacement installation costs. This does not effect statutory rights. a
